To get your dog comfortable with the launcher, use their favorite treats during training.

Avoid using balls with dirt or dog hair in the All For Paws Hyper Fetch, as it can harm the machine's functionality.

The launcher works best with the specially designed, hollow balls provided, as regular tennis balls may not fit.

Patience is key if your dog initially seems afraid of the launcher; they usually come to enjoy it after several attempts.

This model is primarily designed for indoor use, while the MAXI model is better suited for outdoor environments.
No toy is completely indestructible. As with any other product, please supervise your pet with this toy. Check the product regularly for damage, and replace the toy if it is damaged or missing any pieces to avoid potential injury to your pet.
Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 US States with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 6 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor your package's delivery status.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact our Customer Service Department at wag2me@sincerepet.com to place your order as there will be additional shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship products to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside of the USA.
Order Modification
Please note that once an order is placed, it enters our shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online. However, if you need to make a modification to your order and it was placed within the last 24 hours, please contact us at wag2me@sincerepet.com to see if there is still time to make the change. Please be aware that any modifications made after the initial 24-hour window cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges or delays. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Delays

Return Shipping
Please note that as a policy, Wag2me does not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, we understand that returning an item can be a hassle, so we welcome you to return your package in the manner that is most convenient for you. Please make sure to obtain a tracking number and keep it for your records. You will need to provide the tracking number to Wag2me to confirm receipt of the returned item.

If you are exchanging a product, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
