In-stock non-furniture items are typically fulfilled and shipped out within 4-6 business days unless otherwise noted on the website. Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.

While our Crates typically ship within a 4-8 week window, orders may experience additional shipping delays of up to 8-16 weeks

We offer free standard shipping using UPS Surepost (5-10 business days) or UPS Ground (5-10 business days).

Please note that the transit time is 2-3 days depending on whether the order was placed before or after 10:30am EST.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team ：wag2me@sincerepet.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns that were not first authorized by our customer care team.
